Rapala X-Rap Muddler 6cm/4g XR06 MD

X-Rap® Running Depth: 0.9–1.5 m The X-Rap is “all about the action.” It’s the perfect size, shape and 3D illusion of a minnow. Prominent scales and lateral line on the fuselage capture and flash light like a beacon. It can be fished both in an aggressive “Slashbait®” technique or with a classic Rapala wobble. The angler defines the cadence for maximum effectiveness. Features: * Slashbait® Action * Suspending on Pause * Textured Translucent Body * Internal Holographic Foil * Internal Long-Cast System (XR04 excluded) * 3D Holographic Eyes * VMC® Black Nickel Hooks * Flash Feather Teaser Tail * Hand-Tuned & Tank-Tested How to Fish: To get the most out of the X-Rap Slashbait action, use your rod to give the lure more action. The X-Rap responds well to twitches, snaps and jerks – just vary the length and speed of your rod movement to create different actions from sweeps to aggressive darting. When fish are extremely active, use the hard “snap” retrieve to really excite them; with your rod tip down, use a short snap-snap-pause retrieve to get the X-Rap to track in a very narrow manner. When fish are suspended over deep water, or to trigger shallow fish; use the “sweep” retrieve. With the rod tip up, use a long sweep-sweep-pause retrieve for a wider tracking action.
