The X-Rap responds well to twitches, snaps and jerks – just vary the length and speed of your rod movement to create different actions from sweeps to aggressive darting. When fish are extremely active, use the hard “snap” retrieve to really excite them; with your rod tip down, use a short snap-snap-pause retrieve to get the X-Rap to track in a very narrow manner.
