Not so many anglers would go start a fishing-session without adding some kind of additive to their chosen groundbait mix. The reason is simply, there is a great belief that the chosen additive will add even more to the attracting powers of the groundbait and that even more fish therefore will be drawn to the chosen fishing spot. ll this will add to their CONFIDENCE and this CONFIDENCE is the magical word in our sport. The most used form of additives are the powder additives. At Van den Eynde we have a wide range of very concentrated powder additives that can all be used in the same way. As a set rule we always advise to use the contents of one packet for 4 to 5 kilos of groundbait, but this is a very personal thing and it’s only an indication. The best way of adding powder-additives to your grounbait is to add them to your dry groundbait before you start to dampen it or to dissolve them in the water with which you are going to dampen the groundbait. The all important thing is that they get mixed with the groundbait as thoroughly as possible.
